Refund policy

At Burgess Premium, we accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To process a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@burgesspremium.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original item following the above process and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. We will notify you once your return has been approved. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
